Dr. Kaitlin Valerio

Happy Teeth Pediatric Dentistry is super excited to welcome Dr. Kaitlin Valerio to the practice! Dr. Kaitlin Valerio grew up on Long Island in East Setauket, New York. She is a proud alumna of Stony Brook University, where she graduated cum laude and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Bachelor of Art degree in Sociology. She attended Stony Brook University School of Dental Medicine, where she received her Doctorate of Dental Surgery. She then continued her education with a pediatric dental residency at Stony Brook University Hospital, where she received her Certificate in Pediatric Dentistry. She is a true “Seawolf” at heart.

Dr. Valerio’s main goal as a pediatric dentist is to create a safe, fun and inviting environment for her patients and their families. Her energetic and passionate personality allows her patients to feel comfortable so she can provide the best care possible. Dr. Valerio looks forward to meeting your family and making your child’s visit to the dentist a fun experience!

In her spare time, Dr. Valerio enjoys spending time with her husband, sons, and two rescue dogs. She loves to travel and explore new places. She also enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors. Dr. Valerio is a Diplomat of the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry and a member of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the American Dental Association, the Southeastern Society of Pediatric Dentistry and the North Carolina Dental Society.
